This course provides support and guidance for Newly Qualified Teachers undertaking their induction year and Early Career Teachers.
NPQSL programme is for aspiring and existing senior leaders in schools and colleges. The course comprises 4 face-to-face training sessions, held at South Bromsgrove High School, online learning and reflection, available on Moodle and a school improvement project that must be carried out over a minimum of two terms. Participants will submit a final written assignment detailing the planning, implementation and evaluation of their school improvement project. Assignments will be assessed and acredited by the University of Worcester. This qualification carries with it RPL points (masters credits).
Our NPQH programme has been created to address the growing need for great leaders. It is designed to provide a mix of activity and projects so that aspirant head teachers can develop key leadership skills and behaviours to equip them to successfully lead their own schools. The programme is aimed at senior staff in schools or education settings who are interested in, and aspire to, whole school responsibility and leadership.
The NPQML qualiification is for aspiring or existing middle leaders in schools and colleges. The programme comprises three full-day face-to-face training sessions, held at South Bromsgrove, on-line learning via Moodle and a team-based school improvement project. Participants will submit a final written assessment detailing the planning, implementation and evaluation of their team-based improvement project. The assignment will be assessed by University of Worcester. As a University accredited qualification, the NPQML carries with it RPL credits (masters credits).
